This manual attempts to connect community work to mentoring as a tool and presents it as one of the educational instruments for community-based organizations.
In other words, community mentors are practitioners who can mentor local community initiatives or organizations in developing their projects, Gender mainstreaming, organizational development, keeping sustainability and supporting other skill-based directions that are important for small-scale organizations in rural areas.
